Energy Psychologist

My generation was raised with the idea of helping others. We all wanted to become teachers or counselors, or social workers and psychologists. Service to others was the emphasis then and always has been for me. I've been a teacher and a counselor all my life and have studied spirituality and energy work as it pertains to emotional and physical wellness for as long as I can remember. Human existence and human beings are fascinating to me and what we are, where we're going, how we got here, and what we're supposed to be doing here are all areas of interest for me. Learning is fun for me and sharing what I've learned to help others is especially gratifying.

Over the years I've been formally trained in counseling and education and hold certifications in Counseling, Teaching, and as Principal.

I teach self-empowerment through the knowledge that we create our own reality by our thoughts, beliefs, and attitudes. And, that dis-ease and distress are symptoms of 'stinkin' thinkin'. When we see things through LOVE as opposed to FEAR. our thinking changes along with our lives.

I'm on a spiritual path and know that we are spiritual beings having a human experience. I believe that we are all connected by the One Spirit; yet, we all have an individual soul that leads us on our human journey of living, loving, learning, and experiencing. When we tune into that soul or higher-self through prayer, meditation, honoring intuition, and similar practices, we will discover that all the answers are within us. The energy work that I practice and teach not only honors our spirituality, but it also enhances and supports the physical, emotional, and mental components of our being. Energy Psychology is truly Holistic Healing.

In addition to being a National Certified Counselor and a Diplomate of the Association for Comprehensive Energy Psychology I'm pursuing a Ph.D. in Holistic Healing Arts. I'm trained in and practice several Energy Therapies (see my website) along with Holistic Counseling, the Louise Hay Method, QiGong, The Body Mirror Chakra System, Chakra Balancing, and German New Medicine for Cancer.

As you can see, there are many tools that I use that teach and foster holistic healing. My hope is that you will be interested enough to continue your own research and education in the holistic healing
field and that we can all learn to tap the healer within. Namaste`
